The classic book about Structural Integration was written by Dr. Rolf herself.

Ida P. Rolf, Ph.D. Rolfing. Reestablishing the Natural Alignment and Structural Integration of the Human Body for Vitality and Well-Being. Healing Arts Press. Rochester, Vermont. 1989.

If you know anatomy, you probably find this book fascinating. Otherwise, it might seem overly technical and you probably find the information on the following web sites more useful.

The Guild for Structural Integration is the school where I studied with Emmet Hutchins and Peter Melchior, Dr. Rolf’s first two chosen teacher. The site presents information about training and a list of certified teachers.
The Rolf Institute of Structural Integration and at a number of other schools listed at the International Association of Structural Integrators also train practitioners of SI.
•    My friend and teacher Jeff Linn has developed macros that bodyworkers can use together with NIH Image software to better evaluate and treat their clients. He also has a lot of cool links on his web site.

For a more entertaining take on the work, I’ve now placed an article from the March 2007 Vogue magazine on my site. Click here to read it. TBD
